PALMYRA TOWNSHIP PUBLIC NOTICES

                                   


Notice of the 2026 Memorial Day Parade

  Palmyra Township is hosting a Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 25th, at 9:00 am. The parade will begin at the Palmyra Township Hall, 6490 Palmyra Road, and proceed to Rouget Rd., heading south, and then west on US-223 to the Palmyra Main Cemetery, where a memorial service will take place. All participants are asked to arrive at the Palmyra Township Hall no later than 8:30 am.


Children 15 years of age and younger will be awarded cash prizes for the most patriotic bicycle, tricycle, or unicycle. There will also be awards for the most patriotic floats/tractors, which is open to all ages.


In addition to the parade, the Palmyra Fire Association will be sponsoring a pancake breakfast at the Palmyra Township Hall, 6490 Palmyra Road, from 7 am to 10 am. Cost is $6.00 for adults; $4.00 for senior citizens and children under 12 years of age; and Veterans eat free.
