Establishment of Early Voting Site(s) & Hours
Early Voting Polling Location:
Lenawee County Human Services Building

Adrian, MI 49221
All qualified electors have the right to mark a ballot and deposit the ballot in the tabulator beginning the second Saturday before an election and ending the Sunday before the election. Early voting will be available at the early voting site for the hours listed below:
July 27th to August 4th Early Voting Hours:
Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Notice is hereby given by resolution of the local Board under authority granted in Public Act 81 of 202, that the location(s) of the early voting site(s) for all federal and statewide election dates will be as listed above. A site may serve as an early voting site for additional election dates if approved by the local Board.
Palmyra Township Clerk’s Office Hours
The clerk’s office, located at 6490 Palmyra Road, will be open on Saturday, August 3rd, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, to issue and receive absent voter ballots for the May 7th Special Election.

Voters who wish to spoil their AV ballot for the August election must submit their request to the clerk by Friday, July 26, 2024. Voters who have not yet returned their AV ballots may spoil them until Aug. 5, 2024 at 4 p.m. Voters must do so by submitting a signed, written request to their clerk.

VOTER REGISTRATION FOR PALMYRA TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS ONLY:
· Voter registration in person can be done at the Palmyra Township Clerk’s Office, 6490 Palmyra Rd, for Palmyra Township residents only.
· Visit a Secretary of State’s Branch Office.
· Visit the Secretary of State’s Website at www.michigan.gov/voterregistration to register online.
· Register by mail using a State of Michigan Voter Registration Application.

Monday, July 22nd, is the deadline to register by mail or online and be eligible to vote in the August 6, 2024 Primary Election. In-person voter registration with the local clerk is allowed between Tuesday, July 23rd through Election Day. Proof of residency must be presented at the time of registration.
Online and mail requests for an absent voter ballot must be received by the township clerk no later than 5 p.m. Friday, August 2, 2024. If you’re already registered at your current address, you can request an absent voter ballot in person at the clerk’s office anytime up to 4 p.m. Monday, August 5, 2024.
Monday, August 5th is also the deadline for electors who have lost their absentee ballot or have not yet received their ballot in the mail to request a new ballot. Electors must submit a written request to spoil their absent voter ballot and receive a new absent voter ballot in the clerk’s office.
If you’re registering to vote or updating your address by appearing at the clerk’s office on Election Day, you can request an absent voter ballot at the same time you register. If you request your AV ballot the day before the election or on Election Day, you must vote the ballot in the clerk's office.
