Propety Tax Information

                        2023 Winter Tax Collection: December 1, 2023 – February 14, 2024

PAY BY MAIL: Send the top portion of you tax bill along with your check or money order payable to: PALMYRA TOWNSHIP 

NEED A RECEIPT? Send the ENTIRE tax bill, your payment and a SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED envelope to:

                                   Palmyra Township

                                  c/o Township Treasurer

                                 6490 Palmyra Rd

                                 Palmyra, MI 49268

PAY IN PERSON: Taxes can be paid in person at the Palmyra Township Hall on the following dates:

                         § Friday, December 29th 9AM-5PM

                         § Wednesday, February 14th 9AM – 5PM

                         § Thursday, February 29th  9AM-5PM

If any of these dates do not work for you feel free to contact the Treasurer at 517-673-6780 to make arrangements to meet with you at the Township Hall at your convenience.

A 3% penalty is assessed on property taxes paid after February 14, 2024, (payable to Palmyra Township). As of March 1, 2024 property taxes must be paid to the Lenawee County Treasurer and additional penalties will be applied.
