Propety Tax Information

                        2024 Winter Tax Collection: December 1, 2024 – February 14, 2025

PAY BY MAIL: Send the top portion of you tax bill along with your check or money order payable to: PALMYRA TOWNSHIP 

NEED A RECEIPT? Send the ENTIRE tax bill, your payment and a SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED envelope to:

                                  c/o Township Treasurer

                                 6490 Palmyra Rd

                                 Palmyra, MI 49268

PAY IN PERSON: Taxes can be paid in person at the Palmyra Township Hall on the following dates:

                         § Tuesday, December 31st         9AM-5PM

                         § Friday, February 14th               9AM – 5PM

                         § Friday, February 28th               9AM-5PM

If any of these dates do not work for you, feel free to contact the Treasurer at 517-265-2169 to make arrangements to meet with you at the Township Hall at your convenience.

A 3% penalty is assessed on property taxes paid after February 14, 2025, (payable to Palmyra Township). Property taxes paid after February 28, 2025, must be paid to the Lenawee County Treasurer. Additional penalties will be applied.
