2013 Winter Tax Collection Schedule
December 1, 2013 thru February 14, 2014

  • Tuesday, Dec 31st, 2013:               9 am-12 noon & 1 pm-5pm in the township hall office
  • Friday , Jan 31st , 2014:                  9am-1pm in my home
  • Friday, Feb 7th, 2014:                     9am-12 noon in the township hall office
  • Friday, Feb 14th, 2014:                  9am-12noon & 1pm-5pm in the township hall office

A late penalty of 3% is assessed on taxes paid after February 14th.  The last day that I will collect taxes is February 28th.  After that day, all taxes are payable to the Lenawee County Treasurer.

You may pay your taxes by mail.  Make checks payable to Palmyra Township and mail to 3816 Van Highway, Palmyra, MI 49268.  If you need a receipt, mail the entire statement and a self-addressed stamped envelope.  I will accept a postmark as the date paid. 

Our annual Dog License/Rabies Vaccination  Clinic is January 25th, 2014 at 10 am in the township hall.

Individuals requesting an item to be placed on the agenda should contact the supervisor, James Isley, at 517-486-3046 not less than 5 days prior to the meeting date.  All are welcome to attend.

As of March 1, 2013 all delinquent Winter Property Tax payments are payable to the Lenawee County Treasurer.  All unpaid taxes, after this date, will have a penalty.  Please contact the Lenawee County Treasurer's office to find out the amount of that penalty.
